Booking Steps

Please schedule your appointment and if the appointment is confirmed, you will be redirected to our secured patient portal where you can create a profile through our HIPAA compliant electronic health record and upload your insurance card and driver’s license.

On this portal is where you will complete the required paperwork before the first appointment. For faster scheduling, it is recommended that you call your insurance to verify your benefits, co-pays, and deductibles ahead of time. Ask about telehealth to make sure it is covered.
If your insurance requires pre-authorizations for services , please obtain this authorization prior to the appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling of your appointments. Any charges incurred for lack of authorizations or non-reimbursements will be your responsibility. Hence, this is an important step.
We are accepting private pay clients at this time and can provide a “super bill” to submit to your insurance while we are awaiting credentialing if we do not accept your insurance. 
It is the policy of Insight Health Connections, PLLC that your credit or debit card be kept on file as a convenient method for the payment of fees and other services not directly covered by the insurance companies. Please understand that your credit card information is secured in our HIPAA compliant portal. Please be sure the fees are paid promptly to avoid collection and other late fees. 
Log on to the waiting room when it’s your appointment time and start your telehealth visit.
